Offering is an expression used to offer something or help to someone or other people.


When can I offer (help/something) someone?


When you meet someone who really needs help or something, you can offer him or her by usingthe expression of offering help or something.


There are some expressions of offering help or something that you can use it such as:
“Can/May I help you?” “Would you like something to drink?”
“What can I do for you?” “Can I get you something to drink?”
